I'm back and need help staying on the bandwagon!

Righto,

After what seems an eternity I'm back and I mean business this time. Started my new job so got a little bit of extra cash coming in, managed to do well out of my sharesave scheme at work when our company got taken over but spent it all on paying bills that were overdue.

Now I really need to get my bottom into gear as Chrsitmas is fast approaching and I've got a number of big family birthdays coming up.

I've updated my sig and now think I'm gonna do another soa

Its only two days to a whole new season. Autumn...time to shed the old, strip bare all the dead leaves for winter and look forward to a blooming spring next year.

welcome back Shazzer and well done on your progress so far. Good luck with the fresh start my money saving has gone a bit by the wayside lately but am looking forward to colder months so that I can get back in to good OS home cooking. I find that even though money saving may go out of the window sometimes that some things do still stick and you are always welcome back here

thank you everyone. i've been kinda down about the fact that we cant afford to get a mortgage, so have to keep pn renting for the foreseeable future which means we are kinda going around in circles at the moment.

My other half works for Portman so is uncertain about the future at the moment, I've just had another promotion so a bit more money is coming in but i really want to have something to actually show for it.

Okay, you've cleared almost £5k since February, but NOW you mean business?!?! When you start to feel disheartened, have a good look at your signature and feel proud of what you have achieved so far.

Well done on the promotion, I'm sorry to hear your OH's job is a bit uncertain at the moment but try not to worry too much. (We have been in this position for over 12 months, we know my OH's job will go, we just don't know when. I used to lie awake worrying about this but now I just think 'what will be will be' and we'll get by, whatever happens).

Yes, do put your SOA together, I can already feel the DFW experts circling (was going to say vultures but it sounded like I was being horrible ), just waiting to pounce on that extra 12p that you're spending here and there!
