Hi
Wonder if anyone can help, I have been sending token payments to RBS for a loan and an overdraft and they have refused my offer three times. I have continued to send payments but have received letters from triton credit services stating they have been instructed to collect full amount.
Do I continue to send the token payments to RBS or do I now send them to Triton ??
Thanks

Triton I'm afraid. You'll get the same thing from them, you'll send payments, they'll demand more, don't let them bully you and continue to send what you can genuinely afford. As long as they're cashing the cheques/postal orders then nothing bad will happen (no matter how many threats they make).I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.
