our laptop won't connect to the internet and l keep getting error 815 come up when we try to has anyone got any idea what this means

thankyou for that when lve downloaded it on my pc do l put it on a disc and then use it on the laptop, sorry lm not very techie minded

Just run the program on laptop about it.. on laptop from a what ever you save on like usb stick or sdcard, etc...
