just copied the terms and conditions
Please tick each box to confirm you have read and understand the process which is required to process your claim.
1. Simply purchase one of the qualifying products, and complete the claim process.
2. You will require a copy of your invoice, this is sent to you separately from the product, if you have not received an invoice then please contact Misco for a replacement.
3. Despatch Notes etc are not acceptable, your claim must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
4. Your application must be received by us no later than 14 days from the invoice date.
5. Your cashback will be sent within 56 days from our receipt of your validated claim - this allows us to account for any returns.
6. If you have any queries, please contact help@cashbackstatus.co.uk or phone 0845 05 15 121 (local call rates apply, lines open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).
7. You can track the status of your claim online at https://www.cashbackstatus.co.uk.
That would tell me that you can only claim cash back for one item?!0 -
is it definitely 1 of each? I ordered the batteries already but read the terms as 1 item from the promo not 1 of each. I might be wrong though0

i would be pretty sure after ereading the t&c's that its only one item that you can claim for! still a freebie though

Read this, copy'n'pasted from the link I posted:** This is a web only offer. Free delivery is only applicable to the products detailed in this email and is limited to a maximum order quantity of one of each product per customer. You will be charged delivery on all other items added to your basket. This offer is available from 9am Wednesday 18th August until 5pm Friday 20th August 2010, when purchasing online via Misco.co.uk. Strictly whilst stocks lastAs always, everyone should read the T&Cs and make their own decision before handing over their cash.0

This is obviously a marketing ploy. The products are literally worthless (e.g. batteries are 1300mAh and can be bought in £1 shops) and they rely on a few people messing up the claim process or buying other stuff at the same time from the site. The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!

Oh come on Sid. You seem to be suggesting that the company are hoping to take advantage of people. Now , do you really think that companies still operate like that in Britain 2010....It is such cynical attitudes like this that are dragging this country down....
Sorry, i meant to say. Yes of course you are absolutely right. All companies are doing this. they care nothing for us, the consumer and would gladly hold our mothers to ransom to make money if they could get away with it. Wake up people, we are sleep walking into dictatorship by proxy (Banks, they already mage us pay for their mistakes, for the next 20 years,DSG group etc etc). too dramatic for you, well bury your head, cross your fingers, blame those greedy workers for having the temerity to ask for a living wage, do anything but see what is really happening....
Phew, now...that feels better.0 -

that's next to the delivery bit, theres another symbol next to the actually offers, i'm uncertain so i'll just stick with my batteries as i dont really need yet another usb stick, micro sd card or usb mains adapter.Sid_Harper wrote: »This is obviously a marketing ploy.
