Check your bank statement. I used a code for a £13.50 discount for a booster seat and it went through okay. The balance to come of my debit card was to be £6.99. I checked my bank statement yesterday and they have taken £20.49. This is the actual cost without the vouncher. I wouldn't mind but I am still waiting for the item. I could have got one from Woolworths for a tenner. So very annoyed. I must have spent thousands with the Littlewoods group over the years. They've lost my custom. :mad:

Would also like to add that if you use the coupons use them with some caution and be prepared that they may not be accepted even though they seem to go through okay.

belleoo. Lx direct always do this, If you check your bank statement again you will see that they refud the discount. ie. they take full payment then refund the discount usually the same day sometimes the following day.

I've never heard of that before. Thanks Angela2095. I will await and see what happens. Theres been no refund yet and purchase was made on Wednesday but I suppose it is the weekend.

Belleooo last time I ordered for them I used a 10% off code and the £13,50 code. The item i wanted wasn't in stock for two weeks and when I checked my bank account they had only taken the 10% off, but when the item was delivered the £13,50 was then refunded? This hasn't happened to me before either, I don't know if its when you use two codes.

Must admit I wasn't expecting the £13.50 to be refunded I just thought they had taken the 10% and was kicking myself for being so greedy
