Strange rules - they aren't going to contact the competition winner. Instead you have to check their website and contact them. Don't like it. Looks like they're making it harder so it is unlikely they will have to give out the prize.

No they don't. - they are merely asking you to check back once in the 24 hours after closing. Frankly if you can't be bothered to do that considering they are giving you a luxury weekend with travel as a prize, stop whingeing and don't enter. I have made a diary note to check to see if I have won.

Just a reminder to all who entered to check the website today (and the coming days) for the winner, if it isn't posted and I see it i'll put a post here and in IWIWIW (I know not everyone checks comps in GO). Have just checked and the comp is still on their site.... but only ended last night

Cant see a winner listed on the site for this comp, only winners for May and June:( Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place??

The comp is still showing on the page (although if you entered now I doubt your entry would count), so I'm guessing they haven't chosen a winner yet. I'll give them til tomorrow morning and then I'll email them

Edit: T&C's state they will publish the winner 24 hours after the comp closes, if it closed at midnight last night I'm guessing it will be tomorrow
