Timescales & success?

Hi, I'm prob asking the impossible but i wondered if anyone knew of what's next...

I applied csa in 2001 when my son was 1, somebody called posing as me and cancelled my claim in 2003, so they say, so I re instated it. In 2007 nrp claimed non paternity, so had to prove that.. Approved. Then I was told that it was being sent to an enforcement team. Now my son decides he does want to see nrp and starts contact on January and has been fairly ok, despite the abuse I get from him, my son is happy. Nrp has stated I will never get a penny outnof him and recently refused to pay or contribute to a playscheme. So no hope of mutual agreement. Called csa, as not heard anything for a while (yrs) they state again....it has been pass!d to enforcement team ( same as back in 2007)

just seems it's going round in circles. I have been told there is £6000 back pay, he should be paying £169 a week.

In the meantime nrp is bragging to a mutual friend that he is earning 70k a year, dodges the tax man and has a few properties and is looking to buy more....He gives my son £3 pocket money a week :-S

Sorry this is long.... Does anyone know whether there will ever be an outcome?
:o any help is much appreciated

That may cause problems in collecting child support. If he isn't declaring his whole income then he may never pay what he should. All you can do is keep on at it.

According to csa, he has declared nothing, an all thy get from him is verbal abuse over the phone. The address that he claimed he lives at and takes my son turns out to be a house he owns and rents so they won't get him there. The csa accessed the tax office and worked out the figures from his income, the figure they say he needs to pay I consider to be high, so if he is dodgin the tax man he must be earning loads.

I find it ironic that he has gone to court for pr and contact order despite seeing my son whenever my son wants and still denies responsibilty to support our son. The courts are baffled at why he is there. In turn causing me alot of stress after recently having a baby and havin to attend continually adjourned court cases with my breastfe baby!! Sorry rant over x

Its no fun doing anything formal with a baby at the breast, so hugs for that.

Its their problem if he gives them verbal abuse, they have procedures to deal with that, and it doesn't let them off the hook.
This counts as "not your problem" tell them so.

I hope you will get a correct address from him now for contact purposes, thats scary.
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x
