It's taken a year to get the Csa to do nine missing Assessments. I can now prove the figures they used for my liability order were wrong by £11000. And I'm still protesting the rest.

    Nine missing assessments ????
The COURT can pursue to Liabilily Order whether in part or full.
1.can anyone at all be allowed to take ALL of a persons money leaving him nothing at all to even feed himself?

The Court can if you still have a debts
2.should a judge be able to assume that I can afford to give away all of my money because I have managed by other peoples help to struggle by without it?

A Judge can only act in accordance with the law, if you disagree you can appeal.
3.should a person be able to have his money taken from him based on a liability order that was protested against and has subsequently been proven and agreed by both parties to be wrong?

The Liability Order has to be settled in full.
4.the actions of the Csa in their collection of areas totally contradicts the Office of Fair Tradings guidelines for fairness in collecting debts

    Yes

Hi Mike, it is called a Third Party Debt Order (presuming you are in England or Wales). They effectively freeze any monies owed to you by a Third Party (in this case the bank). A judge will make an interim TPDO before making a Final (which was the hearing you attended). Your bank will have been served 7-10 days before you with the order. You can read more about them here (pages 1-8) xxx
    Pay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000
There is something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a man.
  • Yes NINE missing asssessments covering 8 years. Effectively reducing my "debt" from £19000 to £8000 when these were finally included. They have refused me departures on ALL my assessments - which is my latest appeal.
And the new nine assessments have my new partners income when I was single all of those years!!!
I have a massive file of Csa maladministration, and I WILL be firing the big guns at them sometime soon - just need to know the best way to do it.
