Should I tell them I complained to the FOS?

Since the last letter I received from them I have made a complaint to the FOS about a DCA who have been breaking the rules.
The DCA are still trying to contact me, this time by phone, although they haven't written again.
I am thinking of writing back (it's been 3 weeks since I wrote) to say "the matter is now for the FOS as I have filed a complaint". Just wanted to check if others would think that's the right course of action too?

I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.
