Optima Legal Services .... anyone?

Got a letter in the post today regarding an MNBA loan account from Optima Legal Services basically threatening us to contact MBNA before 22 September 2006 or face a CCJ.

These things always worry me but has anyone had any dealings with them?

    Sorry I have no idea about these but why not get in touch with MBNA and see what they want?(MBNA are horrible so be prepared)

    Thanks.

    I've read the letter properly now and it says to get in touch with MBNA before 22 September so obviously just a scare tactic. I have written to both Optima and MBNA this morning informing them of the situation for about the 27th time now ;) You never know one day they might take notice :confused:

    Oh I doubt it-MBNA have been the worst ones to work with so far for me

    If you can e-mail or fax them. Its harder for them to claim they never recieved it.
