oh my .. well that letter seems perfect thanky ou so much i will print numerous copies today and get my self down the post office thanks so much for that and i will phone one of those charities in the morning, Thanks alot everyone, ill re post here to update you0

Hi Skint - are you not entitled to any more benefits than just income support? I would have thought you might get help with council tax and rent?
out of all the debts you listed the one that needs sorting the most is probably the rent arrears - the others are less important.
I would seek help from one of the charities listed above and think about maybe doing a dro.
