Wills crucial wording & inheritance tax

I believe there are only a few crucial wording, sentences that make a Will acceptable. Does any one know what wordings these are?? Inheritance Tax is another problem, how does one move from Owner Occupiers to Tennants in common??
Nil Tax rate band, what is the situation, I believe Trusts will be Taxable so where does one go from here?? Any help most appreciated.
