    Yes they did. I did it all myself it took a fair while, and we got plagued by letters and phone calls to begin with. But they soon stopped when I was adamant that we couldn't afford any more and couldn't care less if they defaulted him and trashed the credit rating! A couple went to court for a CCJ, so I sent a SOA with a covering letter, explaining the situation (the CSA were crucifying him!:mad:) and the court agreed with us, and awarded them a quid a month;) Which we carried on paying for years as I refused to pay more as we got such hassle off them. Let the burgers wait for it:) (they are all paid off now apart from a couple of the bigger ones, that are just chuntering along, it's only £42pm, and I'd rather see the ISA grow and have a life after years of scratching around;))

    I did wonder if thats what Capital One wanted to do the annoying thing is its about £4000 i owe and now its £4500 grand and rising a couple of my other creditors who I owe 3 times as much have frozen interest and charges I am doing my own DMP with the help of CASHflow who were set up to make it easier to approach creditors on your own Capital One signed up to this form of debt management in 2009 but what they say and do are complete opposites by the looks of things
