once you've clicked on the A-Z
on your right hand side a new box will open
with all the magazine listings,
scroll down until you find the comp the op has posted
ie: this one is..

P for Puzzler Annual
then go to the topbar with
"Description" "Competitions" "Winners"...
click on Competitions
and the comp will be displayed for you to enter.

So sorry to bump but since no one else has reported a fault it could just be me so how do I rectify it please?

Since the beginning of the week, when I go to the puzzler site, and click on the A to Z bit, it brings up a blank page i.e. no magazines listed. Even if luckily, the magazine is listed on the left hand side under mixed, then I click on competition at the top, it still brings up a blank page. Basically, I can't enter nought

no mine aren't going through either, I usually just leave it a day or two and they usually appear

I get the same problem with Firefox on my iMac, I can enter OK using Safari. I've emailed them with screen shots of what happens when I use Firefox.

I have used FF for ages without any problems so it must be an error in the page coding.

hiya, have you tried thier help page, they will reply to you
within a few days if you email them with your problem

The puzzler.com site is not working properly for me

There are a number of things you can try to ensure our site works on your computer.

Compatible browsers

Make sure you are working on an up-to-date browser. Our website works on Internet
Explorer 7.0 and above, Firefox 3.0 and above, Safari 3.0 and above, and Google Chrome

Enable pop-ups
