big thankyou Helen07! Won one of the Bristol collect ones and managed to get a friend to collect so let her keep it and she is over the moon. Had the blue/green version. Didn't email until 12.30pm, which was annoying as had been into Bristol and back already yesterday morning! Still have a very happy friend now

Hello, Congrats to those who have won but wondering if either of you can help? I too had an email saying I had won but when my daughter went to the shop she was told it was at (Goldmine on Stokes Croft, Bristol) she was told it was at another shop which she couldn't get to as it was impossible to stop outside in a car and someone was waiting for her. I have now had a few emails from the contest organisers but they are getting quite rude (implying that it is me who has made a mistake) so I just wanted to know if the winners here got their umbrellas from Goldmine with no problems.
