No but how can you win something when they dont know who you are or where to send it? It seems the 2nd link you have given is after personal details have been submitted....

If you click on 'Win' then select 'Sport' you will then get redirected here: http://www.hcstuff.com/pls/hot_hc/!sz_promo.do_competition to sign up with HC then you can enter a competition to win one of 500 bags.
