Is this the version with the terrible visual quality? I know it was shot direct to video, but the original DVD release is said to be "bad VHS" quality. I would be careful before using that as a gift...

Just thought I'd mention that when I finally got round to ordering a set for my Dad (to put away for Christmas), ASDA had put their price up to over £28! Luckily the Hut are selling the box set for £13.98 so it's not too late to get a bargain if you still want to get your hands on a set!
