I don't think a degree is required at all. What you'll need is a good "nose" and the ability to surf.

Don't let not having a degree put you off. I don't have a degree but I got accepted.

Just do your best with the test questions they send you - it gives you a chance to see whether you'd enjoy the job too! I'm sure it has nothing to do with your qualifications at all... its more about your research and writing skills.
