4 days from AD, I have finally heard back about my IPA, it has been put on hold.... well all the letter said was to contact them if my situation improves before april 2013.
So am I under the same restrictions as when BR?
Do they notified of ANY extra earning and/or bonuses even if a one off?
Or just if I get a payrise or my rent drops dramatically or I win the lotto jackpot?

Is this right? An IPA can still be put in place even after DC? Don't understand?0

No an IPA can't be imposed after discharge, but I think if there is some money available at the start and you sign it before discharge, then earnings drop, so it is suspended but still ticks over for 36 months. I think the key is, if you dont think you will have enough for the IPA, dont sign it, and if your earnings are likely to drop, don't sign it.0
