Apple & NHS Discounts

Does anyone know if Apple actually give any discounts to NHS workers?

The NHS Discounts website says up to 17%, but the NHS EPP Apple store shows nothing. A quick chat with the on-line help revealed that iPod touch's, iPads, and iPhones weren't discounted, but I can't find anything that is!

You will probably only get discounts on MacBook, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac Pro, MacBook Air, iWork and AppleCare (for those Macs).

Hmm, some minor weirdness happening here...

I'd loaded the normal Apple webstore in a browser window, and it was showing the same prices as on the EPP store. Now it's showing prices more expensive than the EPP store (so there IS discount). Very strange.

Anyway, the iPads and iPhones don't have discount, but the other items seem to now.

Whenever I have tried to go through NHS discounts prices always seem more expensive, even with the discount, than a five minute internet search. Personally, I don't really rate NHS discounts, although would love to hear from anyone who has managed to get any genuine reductions (i.e. cheaper than they can get with minimal research)
