if you get rid of the car for 20,000 and pay off some of the debt, you would free up about 600 extra a month.

if your wife can get even a modest job, say bring in say as little as 600 then you would have over 1,200 extra which transforms your financial situation and remove any need to do an IVA. with 14,000 per year to throw at the debts you should be able to make really significant impact on them.
