http://www.csa.gov.uk/en/about/publications-old-leaflets.asp
Look at "Your child maintenance assessment and help in meeting exceptional circumstances". Part 12 Protected Income Level.
Try this link it has all the old publications for assessing CM.BSC 289A life lived in fear is a life not living!Proud to have dealt with my debts.0 -
Thanks Im at a loss really with it ? as we have had 3 assesements in the last few weeks as they are all wrong ans we have asked for them to be re looked at ? new one has come back within the protected income part, the additional amount changes everytime ? last assessment was £46.65 when I queried what this related to I was told it was Council tax, plus a amount of £30 plus life insurance and mortgage protection.... when its come back this time the amount is £14.18 ??? my council tax alone is more than that a week ... I cant see why it changes everytime ?? can anyone enlighten me to what exactly the additional amount in the protected income relates too ???I hate the name child support and can't say it without a nasty feeling in my tummy. ...
