My Credit Card Call Centre, I Was Shocked When A Lady On The Other End Of The Line Said Your Over Your Limit (tell Me Something
I Dont Know) You Must Pay Now! I Said I Couldnt And She Said Cant
You Get A Loan From Somewere Else? This Is Out Of Order, I Couldnt
Understand Why She Had Said Such A Stupid Thing, Most People Are
Up To There Eyes In It Without Robbin Peter To Pay Paul, Maybe Afew Daft People Have Done, But Me, Not On Your Life. If Anyone Has Had Anything Like This, Let Me Know, I Want To Run With This But Need Some Backing, This Person Should Not Be In This Sort Of Job.
Mybe She Needs To Get A Job As A Tax Person! Ha Ha

Yep the lady I spoke to at MBNA advised me to get a loan to pay off the credit card-seems to be a standard answer these days.

Next time ask them if they are a qualified financial advisor, and if not how do they feel that the FSA would respond to a member that was offering unqualified advice, not to mention the liability associated to any decision you may make upon their "advice"

Unfortunatley, this is how they are 'trained' and they are tokld to say this. It is the muppet managers and directors that nead to get a grip.

Dont blame the person themselves, they are just like you and me, in a job, they will be targeted to hell and back and als threatend with the sack etc etc simply if they dont collect enough money.

Really it is the companies themselves that push this upon the people at the pther end of the call.... apart from a small few..
