O2 free sim cards.

Apologies if there is a thread on this but I couldn't find one. I have just received an offer for a free sim card with O2 which claims to give you 100 free anytime minutes. However when you go into it in more detail it looks as if you have to top up at least £10 per month which to my mind makes it look a very poor offer. If this link works try http://freesim.o2.co.uk/messages.php?f=masdgd#terms
- and if anyone can find a benefit in this offer please let me know. Maybe I am missing something and if I am then we all could benefit from the offer.
