Update done best i can. We have paid of £32 k between us which is pretty amazing. I think we are all feeling a little pinched this time though saying it is hard.
Best i've caught up today. It might be a while till it happens again. :eek:0 -
Hi Michelle, sounds like chaos but will be fab when its done!
Well done to all who've paid off, had babies, etc etc etc :j
Not sure I will hit my target this time, funding cutbacks from the summer plus yesterday mean I need to keep some back in reserves where I can as a general safety net.
Definately hard times, but anything paid back is less interest owed to the banks by us all :money:0 -
Having a good overpayingday. DH's expenses were paid in after i nagged hi to do it before he went away - and my missing dooyoo cheque appeared. So, within an hour of the postman pushing it through the door it was paid into my account.
All in all, I paid £200 to my mortgage which is just slightly more than one months payment, and also £7.12 to Zopa.0 -
Oh to have your mortgage payment Michelle..............

I know i've done well to get it down from the £460 when we started 6 and a half years ago. I keep doing my best to batter it as if the interest rates shoot up things will be a lot tougher in our house so it is worth the hard work now. Maybe it will be easier when i get this knitting business idea on the go.0
