It's not the money - how do you get time and space (mental not physical) for yourself.
Here's hoping you and baby have a safe delivery - the way they shove you out of hospital these days you may only go awol for half a day

I'm definitely counting myself in but I can't really work out how much for yet. I want to clear every last penny of my debts in this challenge so I guess I'll let you know what's remaining closer to the start date :)

  • With my second we got to hospital at 5:30am, i had him within the hour, and we were sat at home again by 4pm. My choice though, as they kept me in for a week with DS1 and i really hated it and got no rest all week. I was next to a woman with very tiny twins and they were up every 2 hours to feed, so the midwifes were there waking her up, and she was being stroppy and whingy as she was too tired to do it. Lovely and peaceful. Much better to get home to your own bed, and less worry about what you get to come home to.

With DS1, DH forgot to feed the cats the whole week. They were so skinny when i got home. So no way was i leaving him alone to look after my DS1. :rotfl:

ETA - amie - no problems. Let us know when you decide how much. It can be whenever.

    Hi Cha97Michelle,

Thanks for keeping the challenge going.

I didn't quite finish the last challenge, I had to stop half way through to save for my mum and dad's 50th Wedding anniversary. Now that is over I can really concentrate and get back to debt busting.

Can you please put me down for £3000 from my cards

    Thanks

    BB

Hi Michelle (is that Ok or do you prefer something else?)

I'm in - need to save £500 to go towards an early repayment I can only do in full. I'm starting to focus on 1 thing at a time due to challenge and it really does help :money:.

I did sign up for Dooyoo but last I heard they had reduced the amount per write up and it was so poor it wasnt worth the time - how are you finding it?

I hope to be more work organised by 1st Sept to join in a bit more!
