I have been having one of my senior moment and it took a little while to see how I could get my sample!!! thank you for the tip as I am rather crippled with the dreaded osteoarthritis... I am looking forward to lessening the pain.
thank you also for all the tips which have helped me no end to gain confidence since I lost my dear husband, the website is great fun. Sophie
