Sainsburys has buy 2 Ben and Jerrys tubs of ice cream for a fiver.

They have Oh My, Apple Pie and Cherry Garcia reduced to £1.90/each.

As normal their computer deducts what it thinks it needs to get down to a £5 total so £2.58 comes off.

£1.90 X 2 = £3.80 - £2.58 = £1.22 / 2 = 61p each.

What store is this? Reduced to clear offers are often dependent on that particular shop - no longer carrying it as it doesn't sell well/shelf space etc.

Both still two for £5 in my local Sainsburys at Pound Lane. Damn.

Bought them at 2 for a fiver then took them back straight away, lady at CS refunde me the full amount (£7.60ish):rotfl:

Wow, does that old trick still work at Sainsburys? Shame there isn't one in my town. I used to make savings like that all the time with multisave reduced items at Tesco, but sadly they corrected the anomoly and it doesn't work now.

Gutted bought them and charged a £5 obviously not reduced in my Sainsburys, was worth a try , we'll eat it anyway
