I've managed to sort out that thingy (income jobby) you And miss spooky asked me to put on.
Much appreciated for your help.
We need 2 cars as I work miles away from home. Hence the high fuel costs.
I also pay for everything as my missus gets v little income. We have phones for work purposes but can't claim it back. You'll see most of my posts are between 00:00am and 03:00 am. this is when i sit down to eat my dinner and drink my cuppa.Any betwen these times are from the officeI may get an early night tonight, 00:30amBest set my alarm for work, 06:30 am:eek:0 -
Bonjour confused -have pm'd you.
Good to see your SOA posted - I know some of the hotshots here will be along soon to help[might ask fermi to have a look if poss. or point us in someone else's direction]
An evil woman thought - wonder if BrianAdam45 is a spammer[newbie, 1st post], about to offer you b/r help at a price you CAN[and will,of course]refuse?:D
Having just found your SOA, I see £400 and £100 for grox and child-related expenses. Does this mean nappies? If you can#t persuade yourselves to washable nappies, this stage won't last forever. For grox, there are loads of threads to help reduce that £400. You shouldn't need anything like that, while still being able to live well, with wine, with NICE.

Have you got contacted the creditor to get their account of how the SD and petition was served yet, that is what you really need. As to your points about him not telling you who he was i would raise a couple of points, You say he wasent from the creditor the first time, it is quite normal for them to use a firm of process servers. The second time he said he was from the court, are you sure he didnt say he was delivering somethng from the court which if it was the petition is accurate. It is not supprising that there are communication issues if you were ushering him of your properties. Did you say you were the debtor, if you denied it then they would be within their rights to ask the court to serve by post rather than personallyHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Thanks ampersand,
before this all happened believe it or not i didnt need cut backs im afraid, my missus was on stat maternity pay and i was making extra money doing other things to make life more comfortable, life was ok, we had just got our firts home, new family.
The problem has only come about due to the bankruptsy petition / order, that i believe shouldnt have been made.
i wasnt spiraling out of control or anything i was just living a couple of feet from the edge.
in regards to the SOA above its not exactly right as some months i pay more and others i pay less depending on whats due.
The thing is i need to put something forward to the OR to reduce the amount that they take each month for the IPA if the BR Annulment fails, as my previous SOA was obviously wrong. bearing in mind they wanted to take £500+ for 36 months, and the house.
Please be aware....
Ive never been able to live in the lap of luxury, we lived in poverty as children, i served in squaller and almost poverty during my army service from leaving school. ive been made redundant twice in the past 24 month.
I have no objection with making cut backs, i really think this is a great idea in anyones finances, i dont think i have such an extravagant lifestyle to make such cutbacks in order to pay that amount to them for 3 years.
The real crappy thing is, if this had not happened, this month i would have been able to clear my 10k overdraft leaving only the personal loan of 4k that i dont get charged intrest on.
(bearing in mind the others should have been unenforcable). You'll see most of my posts are between 00:00am and 03:00 am. this is when i sit down to eat my dinner and drink my cuppa.Any betwen these times are from the officeI may get an early night tonight, 00:30amBest set my alarm for work, 06:30 am:eek:0 -
