You can cancel Equifax late!

I was supposed to cancel my Equifax trial by 16th September. Unfortunately dozy me let it sneak up on me and didn't see you could only do it during office hours and 16th was Saturday. I called up today as cool as can be and asked to cancel the 30-day trial. The first report the girl could find was on 17th August. Today is 18th September. She didn't seem to twig I was over 30 days and nor did the system it would seem.
Everything went through fine. So just an FYI (and don't follow my bad example!) it just might be possible to cancel it slightly late.

Send them an email toomuchdebt - I cancelled mine on the day it was due to end, and they didn't inform me that I would be billed.
I emailed to ask about the charge and they issued a refund within a couple of days.DFW Nerd No. 140

I emailed them yesterday to tell them I wanted to cancel
They still said I had to pay for this month. It's not that much of a tragedy I guess as I need to make sure my ex is removed from my file now that the last remaining joint account has been closed(thought it was done 2 years ago) and it's already cancelled in advance for next month.
