Should i do f&f on a defaulted loan
Hi Guys
Could really do with your help.
I got a loan of Lambard for 18,000. I defaulted last yr as i lost my job very suddenly:mad:. They sold the debt to an agency then they sold to Arden credit management agency. I owe then 15000 now and looking to give a F&F settlement. Does anyone have any dealings with Arden to think that they will accept and also is F&F a good idea, lastly whats the % you should start at ??
thanks
