Asda Price Not Always The Best

I did my shop at asda today and totted up as I went along. Bacon has gone up, cereal has gone up, looked at the cabbages and they were the size of a bloomin sprout for 72p. they must have pulled all the leaves off, it would not have even served two people. All the dark green leaves were gone and pale ones left.
I then went to look at cakes and they were offering these at £1.50

but when you look at them you will probably only get two pieces out of it. So i bought the extra special cake mix chocolate cake at £1.87 and you get a far bigger cake. Even the asda loaf tin cakes were a £1 and were absolutely minute. It seems to me that things are getting smaller and more expensive.
