    My friend did that to me with a car I gave her to help her pass her test/start her off as she has no family to help her. A week later she sold it for £500 and didn't offer me a penny. We haven't spoken since :cool:

    :(

    years ago the guy who owned the old papershop i used to get all my mags from had taken the EF from the back of a TAB weekly before sending the mag back as he had some unsold, he knew i did all the puzzles in them & asked me if i wouldn't mind filling it in for him with the puzzle answers, course i said ok so did, took it back to him all filled in, he then took an envelope from the shop floor, stuck a stamp on it, then gave it to another friend who was in the shop with me & asked them to post it for him,
    all done, never gave it another thought untill a few weeks later when went back in the shop, he'd had a letter from Tab & had won the £2,500 (as it was then) the top prize :eek::eek:
    it hadn't cost him a penny to enter & the cheeky so & so never even gave us a bar of chocolate or anything for doing for him :eek:

    not even a 20p bar :eek::rotfl:
    just kept showing everyone the letter saying he'd won :eek:
    never even told anyone i'd done/filled in for him, friend had posted it :eek:

    think you can guess i never went back to that papershop after that :cool: found a much better one :D
    please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly. k2u58ioz4c8e.png

    It is hard to believe how mean some people can be. I always feel generous when I win something. I took large box of fancy choccie biscuits into Keystore when I won cheque and a bottle of wine to the girl who helped me find code I needed. The girl said she had entered a neighbour for a comp before as she couldn't enter and they won a fridgefreezer and didn;t give her anything either.

    Thats horrible Korky & LD - I have heard the car one before it happened to my old hairdresser - gave his car (which he was going to trade in) to a client who said she needed a car badly for her kids as her OH had left her & took the car (one of her kids had a lot of hospital appointments) got back with her hubby the next week & they sold the car
