  • Good morning,
Looks like you all had some fun last night :D

Hope that everyones families have got where they should be and not stuck anywhere.
I am pretty prepared for the big day tomorrow, currently cooking my ham in cola which we will have for tea and will continue to be eaten for many weeks to come I should think (It is a 5kg ham ).

Just about to finish preparing my veggies and will finish wrapping the presents when DD has her nap later, then I am all done :).

Then will make a start on the online sales when they start tonight and tomorrow morning :o. Last year I bought most of my gift wrap and cards (even birthday cards) in the M&S/house of fraser sales and it saved me loads of time and money this year :money:

    Have a lucky day,

Gosh you are organised molly! I do buy lots in the sales but usually not until 27th. DD has ordered her first sale item already though - a Wii Guitar Hero game she has wanted for ages for £8.85! Never heard of cooking ham in cola - does that work well?

Going out to buy some milk now and thats me I think. Looking forward to big day - just wine to pick now (bought loads when had a good offer from Tesco last month) OH helps a lot with meal and dd promised to do fruit salad and usually helps wrap sausages with bacon etc. Hope everyone else is organised.

I use Nigella's recipe HERE, I did it last year as an experiment and it went down an absolute storm. :)
