Anyone feeling sleepy0 -
In recent years, I had 7/10 trick or treaters come on Halloween, but was only 2 tonight...
Is this a sign of the times? Or are Parents worried about their yougsters calling at folks homes?
So very sad indeed. when they always come accompanied with the Parents anyway?
What has his world become?
So so very sad...

hiya MD, we used to have loads come on their own, but the past few years the parents always came with them, afraid it is the sign of the times, tbh i wouldn't let my gs's out on their own at night doing trick or treat, nowdays they have to be so streetwiseplease be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -
We didn't have many kids tonight because a lot went out last night. When Halloween is on a Sun lots go out on a Sat and we end up with two nights of trick or treaters! This is the first year ds hasn't gone out and I think this would be dds last time. The years really go in!Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

Hope youve all had a great halloween
Loving all the halloween pics
I've been out trick or treating with the kids! I dont normally like them going round the houses, I agree with you MD I dont feel safe letting kids out alone now.
We carved a pumpkin and took it round with us. I got all nostalgic remembering the days as a kid when we couldnt afford a pumpkin so carved a turnip instead!(Much easier with a pumpkin!)
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
We used to use a turnip too Wingo :rotfl::rotfl: Pumpkins are so much cheaper these days than they used to be! xxSmall business owner 🧵 Ex MSE comper 🏆 Student loan repayer 💴 Romanian dog rescuer 🐕 Hopefully a cost of living survivor 🤞🏻0
