Hi everyone.
just a quick visit before i go to bed. lol
I've just been catching up on fb comps, and lost track of time.

I was just wondering if anyone watches Emmerdale here, and if you saw yeaterdays episode.
Aaron is such a good actor, and so lush too!!:o
But, anyway it was soooo sad, left me with tears in my eyes.:o
It was great, but i haven't got anyone to talk to about it, because no-one I know watches it.

Anyway, hope everyones good.

Morning all!

Sun shining again - must get beds changed. Hope everyone is well today. I have got a sore head and a cold but hopefully some paracetamol will help.

Hope you manage to sort out your cruise wingo. I quite often have bother booking with 2 kids when I go places which drives me mad. Just as well the other 2 are grown up and away or we would never get anywhere apart from caravans. Do love the big static caravans mind you - some of them are fancier than home! ( Hope the ones we are going to next week are! )

Sorry Sally don't watch Emmerdale either, only Corrie.

I've always used FF for my comps and to start with it was great, however recently it has been crashing on a regular basis. This usually happens when I open multiple windows. It is pretty much guaranteed that when one of the open windows is a survey FF will crash.

I read on a computer website that many internet users are switching to Google Chrome as FF is not as 'sleek' as it used to be. My only concern with Chrome is that Google are known for using your private information for who-knows-what, whereas FF don't.

Has anybody had the same troubles?

Korky - sorry cant help with that puzzle, I really wouldn't know where to start! Hopefully someone brainier than me will come along soon !

Morning all!
Had to pop out this morning to get bread and milk, bumped into our neighbour in the library and had a good natter (She is ok most of the time, but can be quite insensitive at times) She recommended some books to me that were :eek: slightly racy to say the least! I will see her in a whole new light from now on (She's in her late 80's)!

I found a history book in the charity shop for DH for just 69p, although nothing for me. But it was nice to get out and enjoy the sunshine while it lasts.

I hope no one minds me just butting in I think the answer is TEETH I can't show my workings as I haven't got a working scanner, but I could explain where I put everything if that will help?

Ok, here goes

I put ELVER across the top of VOICE, then EXCEL and ROACH down from that, CHINA and LEECH across that square.

OCHRE and COVEN to the right of that and then SHAVE down the middle.

MEANT down the ends of those two, MYTHS across the top, TRAMP and SALAD downwards, TAPED across the bottom and AVAIL across the middle.

IVORY and TENCH coming up from that with BONNY across.

FIRTH across the top of those two, CHAFF, LONER and SYLPH coming up from that, CALLS across the top and ANNUL across the middle.

EARTH and CLIFF to the left of those two with GRAIN going down the middle.

BENCH going down the ends of those two, CAROB, DIVAN and TENTH to the left of that, with CADET and RAVEN going downwards.

And finally EXTOL and THOSE coming down off that with STOOL across the middle!



Phew!!!!!! Hope that makes sense!! (I really should sort out my scanner!!! :rotfl:)
