We love Blackpool - there is so much to do! Everyone says it costs a fortune but everywhere takes Tesco tokens so I think it ends up far cheaper. Did you see much of the illuminations sweetie? We aren't going to see them this year as we were there in June when the kids had an unexpected holiday from school.

We were there when they switched on the lights but we didn't end up going, it was packed & with having such little kiddies we thought we'd skip it

We did spend quite a bit, but we spent a lot less than we would abroad. There were 7 of us, myself, OH & our 5 kids. But we ate a lot in the caravan & I spent weeks before we went, selling on ebay so we'd have spends. I don't think it was any more expensive than local to us really

It was fantastic though, we all really relaxed, the weather was perfect too, hot every single day we were there. Very lucky x

I must actually remember not to do these dances infront of the window, our front door opens straight onto the street and there's been more than one occasion where I've had neighbours laughing at our little dances...especially when those damned Imagination Movers are on...:rotfl:

Yessss!!! Mock the week - AWESOME, so sad that Frankie Boyle isn't on it any more. I love ALL the shows you have mentioned, I take it you watch Dave too

My kids also love the Wiggles, I know ALL their songs, I know just about everything there is to know on the kids channels, & the imagination movers - eeep, haha.

Yesss, Brian & Stewie rule. I went to Blackpool on holiday (with having 5 kids it was the best we could do ) And we won a GIANT plush Stewie, it's fab :rotfl: Will get a pic up soon x
