They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery but maybe this is taking it too far :-)
I spotted it as I googled a prize.
They don't make any effort to disguise the copying straight from here.Even the date formatting is the same & the full text is copied.
Just shows how popular MSE is :-)

this happens quite a lot with a lot of other sites, when it happened to me/us with the mag postings i was advised to report it to abuse, which, i did, on several occasions,
abuse did contact one of the sites involved but they denied it was happening to protect thier members, even though it was/still is obvious they do it,
unfortunately at the end of the day i was told this is an open forum & peeps will copy & not a lot can be done about it,
aaah well, at least everyone knows they all come from here

Hi, I've just had an email from the Barclays ticket office asking for my postal address as I've won a prize. I did enter the one where you input a code but I got told I hadn't won. Just wondering if this had happened to anyone else, and what I might have won?

I've only spotted this comp recently and been giving it a bit of a hammering to try & get some footie tickets for Mr GB .
As it's multiple entries allowed, all the family have been having a go, and we've had a couple of vouchers, a "Goals" ticket and a mag subscription :j.
Everyone's details have been completed to include the address, but daughter, who won a £10 voucher, got an email asking for full name, address, phone number & to confirm reference number, (Which is at the top of the email !) It didn't name her prize tho', but she'd C&Ped the confirmation and saved it under £10 voucher . Son who also won one, didn't . She even got an email back thanking her for sending her details.
Perhaps they're just doing random wins ?

fingers crossed you manage to catch yours today Toniq, they cut it fine for those wanting them for xmas prezzies ...

luckily I'm keeping mine for me so a dinted box doesn't really matter providing the console works

I'll have a look see later .. right now I don't want to do anything but curl up and die over the loo ... bleah lol
