Hiya- I have searched but can't find any mentionof this.
Juat been into my local store-Leigh and found kids stationary reduces, most is half price. Now usually I wouldn't bother, but the majority is Disney Princess (which my dd loves), Bratz and Whinnie the Pooh. I've just picked up a large DP notebook (unlined) and 2 smaller ones for a total of £1.75, will save these for xmas. DP range also has a stationary box in pink which is lovely- it has a small phone book, large and small notebook inside with 2 pencils for £2.50- should be a fiver.
There are notebooks, pencil cases and pencils in the other ranges too. I also notice Asda's own range which has a kitten on the front- looks to be aimed at an older market. There is a pencil case thing that folds up into a carry case (not too big either, perfect size) with 40 marker pensin for just £2.50- again they have notebooks and stuff.
So, it might be worth a look, just to buy now for xmas gifts/stockingfillers

you beat me to it, gromituk. I had a vision of lots of very short kids standing still in asda. :-)Before you criticise a man, walk a mile in his shoes. Then, when you do criticise him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes.0

Thanks for this, went in today and got a DP notebook for 75p, Power Rangers spd notebook 50p, spd pencil case 50p, umbro water bottle 65p, folders with elastic corners, 25p and I think 50p for Umbro. They also had those Umbro stationery sets with ruler, rubber, pencil sharpener, pencil etc that were £4.50 and now down to £1.12.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0
