Hi! Just wanted to say that a friend of mine and I sent off for this freebie guarantee results and we checked all the things but they have returned our claim stating that we have not sent in the actual tube. They didn't ask for the tube in the T&C's 
( They do say that they will honour it if we send the tube. I still have mine:) but extra postage and my friend has used and thrown hers away:(

If you're disappointed with the product I guess it would make sense to send it back with the claim.
I didn't think the product was all that great,instead as i still had my Boots receipt i returned the product to themand got a full refund.
