If you are on a DMP can you still do a CCA to the company to prove if your agreement is signed

Under the official regulation a creditor is entitled to "omit" the signature from any copy agreement supplied under a CCA request.
So it will rarely provide any absolute proof regarding the existence of a signed agreement.
A Subject Access Request for the signed agreement may be better if you are looking to see if a signed one exists. You would need to specifically state in the request that you require a copy of the signed agreement, and that the request is not made under CCA74.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Barclaycard will do every they can to avoid supplying anything. They seem to take a delight in being deliberately awkward.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Hi Fermi I have to agree they have been downright pains in the proverbial so far but you harden to debt in time I dont mean its nothing but you can handle them all without too much stress (previous post having a wobble)0
