Skint I have that bit of sadness too. Its great that loads of new people are joining up for 2011 and at the same time feels weird cos we've all kind of got used to each other too. sure the same will happen again but does feel a bit strange.
did get the kids to bed and we had all presents sorted and under the tree by 11. pretty good going really. people have really helped us out with lifts as well so we managed to get everywhere we needed to. quite a mellow christmas really.
Hope you are managing to enjoy your time off from work and that you manage to have some time to relax too.

Evening all! I'm sad about the end of the challenge, I have loved meeting you all and I think of all of you as friends now, so thank you. I hope we all carry on the new challenge with all the new challengees and we all make even more new friends.
thank you everyone for the support, not just with the challenge but with other personal issues too, many of which you helped with greatly.
I am not sure what I made this year I think about 4k, but that has been spent and is secondary to all the wonderful friends I have made, and the confidence to try new things by stepping out of my comfort zone. Thank you, and here is to 2011!!
Ps, Jo hope the car is ok and you managed to do everything you needed too!
PPS, love the poem Elly.... My DD has decided that I am the mom to her baby doll which she has named Jesus so guess that makes me Mary lol!!!Life is a work in progress0 -
Just wanted to call in and say I hope you all have a very Happy New Year!! I don't get much chance to catch up with you all at the moment, but I really appreciate all the help, advice, laughs and tears, ideas and foot related subjects (:D) that you've all shared over the last year. It really has helped me focus on what is important in life, and it's comforting to know you'll still be here when my time issues sort themselves out and I can join you properly again.
Have a good one, and don't get (too) drunk!:jI shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.0 -
Thanks Joey!!! Hope you have a fab New Year too!! XxLife is a work in progress0
