    Hi mandyl,

I'm not sure what assets you have (if any), so can't comment on whether or not Bailiffs will turn up, but if you provide some more information someone will be able to give advice. Regarding prison, if everyone who had ever been in debt went to Jail for owing money, then the jails would be even fuller than they are now.

Good luck in getting sorted, but if you provide more info more advice can be given.
If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

Total credit card debts £1250:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: - Will I ever learn!!

Mandy - You are doing a very brave thing facing up to your debts.

You are paying token payments and have help from community legal services and you have no priority debts.

You cannot be sent to prison and people cannot come and take your stuff.

Remember, you can only pay what you can afford. If it helps, when you spot your mind running away with itself try repeating 'I am doing my best, I can only pay what I can afford'
