MSc Dissertation Research- Please Help! (5 minutes maximum)

in Shop but don't drop
Hi everyone, I am a Masters student studying Business Management at the University of East Anglia and I am carrying out some research for my dissertation. I am trying to find out how people make decisions when buying goods on the internet and whether it has revolutionized the way we make purchases.

    The problem is that internet sites are putting small shops out of business but it is usually cheaper and more convenient as the item is often posted free to your address.
