I buy them 6000 at a time

I take 6 a day so I need them as cheap as possible.

The thing you need to bear in mind with Omega 3 is that to get the real benefits it needs to be good quality stuff. There are so many types out there which have minimal amounts of what you need in or the quality is so poor they just don't have any real benefits. I found this out the hard way.

I'd recommend Eye-Q or Seven Seas, the brands which let me down (and resulted in my back pain returning) were Supermarkets own brands. I didn't 'clock' this until I switched back to my regular brand. Twice this happened before I realised. Its worth paying the extra for these.
