new to site - do i go for bankruptcy??

Hi,
Not sure where to start, I recently separated from my husband.(May)
Since then i have juggled through the last 2 months but now am getting seriously worried about my finances.

I have 3 kids and work part time, earning around £15000 a year.

I went on CCCS site and done their debt checker thing and they recommended that i go bankrupt

I really don't know what to do, I am currently cancelling everything that i can but i am stuck in contracts with bt for phone and broadband that cant be changed till March, My mobile is contracted till 2012, I've cancelled sky but that wont stop till next month - aaaargh!!

I am managing (just) to pay rent etc but i have a loan for 15000 and a credit card with balance of £800 on

Any advice anyone could possibly offer would be incredibly gratefully received.
