I won a Flip from Pepsi but its defective

Does anybody have the number for pepsi or if anybody wins can they ask for it please?

Have tried to fix with the flip people but it won't charge.

Any ideas ????

Sorry to hear this.. i do not have the number but i hope you can get things sorted...

A lot of the Nokia 5800s were a bit dodgey from their last comp.. does make u wonder!

Have you tried pepsi's website. Go to the bottom of the pepsi's web page, click on "contact us". Explain the problem and i'm sure they will get back in contact with you.

This might be a stupid question but have you switched it on? Mine didn't need charging I just turned it on and away I went. The only defective thing is me I can't be quite enough for the microphone not to pick me up breathing and I'm pants at holding it still

Hi. You probably have your problem sorted now. But just in case I just received mine today and on the letter from Pepsi it says "Should you have any questions or issues with your Flip you can contact the Britvic Careline Team on 0800 032 1767".
