hmm gym sent me an email this morning telling me how many times i've been since january - a lot less than i thought! given me a push

Taking the kids camping in the lake district next week so really looking forward to that.

Hiya Late....gosh a long holiday !! thats brilliant!

...the Lakes sound nice....I bought a new tent yesterday & that on my list of visits to make. I really want to go to Castlerigg & see the standing stones.
