    NR got a repossession order granted at court on Wednesday i think, so thats good news.

    (i not sure when being repossessed became good news - but you know what i mean)
    I'm no expert, but i'll give you my opinion, my support and my experience. Its all i have.

    That sounds like the repo is going through then, did you have to go to court? Don't know much about the procedure of repo just don't sign any shortfall sale forms!!!! We have been pressured and pressured into signing, makes me so angry.

    We just ingnored them, stopped paying and never did vol repo. We had move out anyway, but ignored mobile calls and letters to old address. Even a field agent visited new address "wanting to help" and we denied knowlege of ourselves.

    It didn't make me feel good, just walking away, but i though it would be the easier way. Less hassle. So far, so good.

    Last payment on mortgage was begining of April.

    Stay strong, dont sign - Without me catching up on the thread, hows the save the house campain coming along, any closer ?

    I understand. Its a hard thing to deal with, but for the best in the long run. Glad you are getting through it all ok.

    The 'save the house campaign' is still ongoing:mad: Into my 13 month now :eek:

    Just when I think we are getting there another problem crops up. But wont bore you with it all :o
