I think people that are fair, have manners, show respect to others no matter what position they might be in the company, and value others opinion and can be tactful, get the best results. Hate all this 'im great, look at me'

As much as my last boss was a nightmare in some ways she was hands on and wasn't afraid to do any job, no matter what to keep the business going. I always admired her for that.

Im off to bed now.

Mr AP has already retired, had to laugh earlier, he was the only man at the Physio back clinic today and had to lead all the ladies round the gym doing the exercises :rotfl:We now have to invest in one of these 'gym balls' for him to bounce up and down on, supposed to strengthen his back muscles. I think if we get one, doglee will be in his element, he's never seen a ball that size before
